Giovanni Jordan is a Professional Engineer in the Civil Engineering field, Certified General Contractor, and real estate agent. Giovanni has a breadth of experience in design, construction, roadway work (DOT), traffic engineering design and analysis, and maintenance and operation of large scale electric power plants. His project management experience includes working abroad in several projects throughout Latin America and the United States. Giovanni manages design, construction budgeting, building and development projects, and engineering; which includes any and all impacts to the environment before and during the construction phases of jobs. He provides direct support to our clients while working directly with our project managers, construction managers, and supervisors on quality control and ensuring on‐time deliveries for customers. He has experience managing various residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Together with Larry Jordan, Giovanni, founded Jordan Construction & Development to provide clients with a business partner who will facilitate the entire construction process; including pre-construction concerns, development of construction budgets and constructions schedules, management of subcontractors and government entities and the finalization of all projects on the most time and cost-effective basis possible. Through his commitment to excellence and a dedication to professionalism, Giovanni Jordan and Jordan Construction & Development, LLC have continued to exceed industry standards by forming strong professional partnerships based on integrity, ingenuity, and reliability. These characteristics, along with a deep rooted tie to Central Florida have enabled Giovanni and his company to become one of the most recognized and respected names in contracting.

Giovanni holds bachelor’s degrees in both Civil Engineering and Environmental Engineering, and with a Master in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida.
