JCD was founded by the father and son partnership of Larry and Giovanni Jordan to offer clients an integrated business partner who will facilitate the entire development and construction process. Their goal was to foster the same strong family values and personal integrity, coupled with their extensive experience and expertise, to create healthy relationships with their clients to help their dream projects come to life.
